Low porosity refractory brick, a high-performance refractory material

Therefore, low porosity refractory bricks are widely used in various high-temperature industrial kilns, such as hot air furnaces, glass kiln heat storage chambers, lime kiln high-temperature zone firing zones, etc. Specifically, low porosity fire-resistant bricks are mainly used for the middle and lower grid bodies, supporting arches, etc. of hot air furnaces, glass kilns, and heat storage chambers. 4. Mullite low porosity refractory bricks: Mullite low porosity refractory bricks are mainly composed of mullite and have good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. They can maintain stability in high temperature and corrosive environments and are suitable for special industrial kilns.

In addition, according to the different usage temperatures, low porosity refractory bricks can also be divided into low-temperature insulation materials, medium temperature insulation materials, and high-temperature insulation materials. Fixed lightweight refractory bricks include clay, high alumina, silica, and some pure oxide lightweight bricks, while amorphous lightweight refractory materials such as lightweight refractory concrete.
