Calcium aluminate cement as bonding agent, the CaO content is below 2.5%, the castable is called low cement refractory castable. According to the USA ASTM Standard, CaO content is between 1.0-2.5%, called low cement refractory cement, CaO content is below 1.0%, called super low cement refractory cement. 

Low Cement Refractory Castable Feature

 1.High refractoriness, high strength at high-temp state, Strong erosion of smelt slag resistance.

2.Lower porosity, higher density

3.Strength increased gradually with the temperature rising.

4.Can make the self-flowing castable, or irrigating by pump castable.

 Widely used in the waste in the waste Incinerator, such as pipe wall and other zones.
